1. Introduction

These Employer Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Team Blueprint job board platform (“Platform”) by employers, recruiters, and organisations (“Employers”, “you”, “your”).

By creating an account or posting job advertisements on our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform as an Employer, you must:

  • Be legally authorised to represent a company or organisation
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information
  • Ensure all job postings comply with applicable employment laws and regulations

3. Employer Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account login details
  • Be fully responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach

Team Blueprint is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

4. Job Posting Rules

When posting jobs, you must ensure that:

  • All job advertisements are accurate, genuine, and lawful
  • Job descriptions clearly represent real employment opportunities
  • You do not post misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent listings
  • You comply with all relevant UK employment, equality, and advertising laws
  • You only advertise roles that you have authority to recruit for

You must NOT post:

  • Fake or non-existent jobs
  • Pyramid schemes or commission-only roles without disclosure
  • Roles that promote illegal activities
  • Duplicate or spam job listings

5. Content Standards

All Employer content must:

  • Be free from offensive, discriminatory, or harmful language
  • Not infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Not contain malware, harmful code, or external links intended to deceive users

Team Blueprint reserves the right to remove or edit any content that violates these standards.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Certain services (e.g., premium listings) may require payment
  • All fees will be clearly stated before purchase
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Team Blueprint reserves the right to change pricing at any time with notice

7. Job Listing Duration

  • Job postings will remain live for the selected duration or until manually removed
  • Team Blueprint may remove listings that are outdated or inactive

8. Candidate Interaction

Employers agree to:

  • Treat all applicants fairly and professionally
  • Comply with data protection laws when handling candidate information
  • Use candidate data strictly for recruitment purposes only

You must NOT:

  • Sell or share candidate data with third parties without consent
  • Use applicant information for marketing without explicit permission

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Employers must comply with:

  • The UK GDPR
  • Data Protection Act 2018

You are responsible for ensuring that all candidate data is:

  • Collected lawfully
  • Stored securely
  • Used only for legitimate recruitment purposes

10. Intellectual Property

  • All Platform content (logos, branding, design, software) is owned by Team Blueprint
  • Employers retain ownership of their job listings but grant Team Blueprint a licence to display and promote them
  • You must not copy, reuse, or distribute Platform content without permission

11. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain continuous access, but:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We may suspend or modify the Platform for maintenance or updates

12. Suspension or Termination

Team Blueprint reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate Employer accounts without notice if Terms are breached
  • Remove job listings that violate policies or laws
  • Restrict access in cases of suspected fraud or misconduct

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Team Blueprint is not liable for any loss, damages, or business interruption resulting from use of the Platform
  • We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or success of job applicants
  • Employers are solely responsible for their recruitment decisions

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Team Blueprint harmless from any claims, damages, or legal liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your job postings
  • Your breach of these Terms or applicable laws

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
